The Producer Shadow Program offers an exclusive on-set learning experience for aspiring producers eager to immerse themselves in the filmmaking process. Participants will shadow a lead producer throughout a live production, gaining invaluable first-hand insight into the day-to-day responsibilities and creative decision-making that drive a project forward.

• Observe and assist with on-set production management and logistics.

• Learn about script breakdowns, scheduling, and budget oversight in real time.

• Witness the coordination of cast, crew, and department heads.

• Gain exposure to problem-solving and decision-making under real production conditions.

• Experience the collaborative process between producers, directors, and other key creatives.
